Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Clearwater Overland, we build and supply durable water storage solutions designed to keep you hydrated and prepared on every adventure. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Our Target Goal: Our goal is to dispatch every order within 24 hours (1 business day).
Our Standard Commitment: While we aim for next-day dispatch, please allow up to 1 to 3 business days for order fulfillment and processing prior to carrier handoff.

Processing Details:

Business Days: Processing and fulfillment take place Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Daily Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will enter processing the following business day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed starting the next business day (Monday).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Because water tanks are bulky products, shipping options are selected to ensure safe, secure delivery without damage.

Note: Delivery times are carrier estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched from our facility.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to update on the carrier's portal.

4. Address Constraints & P.O. Boxes

P.O. Boxes: Due to the physical dimensions of standard camping water tanks, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
Contiguous U.S.: Standard rates apply to shipments within the lower 48 states.
Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories: Shipments outside the contiguous U.S. may incur additional shipping surcharges and longer transit times.

5. Inspection upon Delivery & Shipping Damage

Water storage units are critical gear for remote trips. We urge you to inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

Damaged in Transit: If your water tank arrives damaged, punctured, or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@clearwateroverland.com
Please include your Order Number and clear Photos of both the damaged box and the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or resolve the claim promptly.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

Because we work to ship orders as quickly as possible (often next business day), the window to modify or cancel an order is short. If you need to update a delivery address or cancel an order, contact sales@clearwateroverland.com immediately. Once a package has been picked up by the carrier, we cannot modify shipping details or cancel the order.
